DELIVERY VIA PostNL

Tequila Fashion sends all packages with PostNL. We aim for your order
send as quickly as possible under the following conditions:
- 1-2 days delivery time. All orders placed until 5.00 pm are offered to PostNL the same day and sent! (excluding public holidays) If you place an order on weekends, it will be sent on Monday.

- Delivery 5 days a week.
- Free second delivery attempt at non-home.
- If delivery is not possible, PostNL leaves a collection message in your mailbox.

-You will always receive an e-mail with a track & trace code from PostNL. Via the link in this e-mail you can keep an eye on the order yourself.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

- Shipping costs within the Netherlands € 4.95 per order (free shipping from € 75, -)
- Shipping costs to Belgium € 6.95
-Shipping costs to Germany € 8.50
- Shipping costs outside NL / BE / DE on request.

 

 

TO SEND

The order at Tequila Fashion is delivered within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands including the Wadden Islands. The delivery costs for a package within the Netherlands are € 4.95, regardless of how large your order is. For orders over € 75, - the delivery within the Netherlands is free.

Tequila Fashion will deliver your order via PostNL. We will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, so you can always keep an eye on when the order is delivered. If you are not at home when PostNL offers your package, PostNL will offer your order again a second time. If your package can not be delivered for the second time, you will receive a notification from PostNL stating where you can collect the package (nearest post office or your neighbors). So you can still receive the package.

 

PART DELIVERY
Multiple items in an order may be delivered in parts. No extra shipping costs will be charged for this.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If you have not received your order after 4 working days, you should have received a notification about a possible delay. It may be that your order is restocked or is only slightly delayed due to a lot of pressure at the delivery service. If you have been waiting for your order for several days and you have not heard from us or the delivery service, please contact our customer service so that we can immediately check what is going on!


NOT AVAILABLE ARTICLES
If an article is unavailable, we will notify you within 4 working days. We then transfer the amount paid to your account within 14 days.



RETURN & EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event that you buy something that you actually had a different expectation of, return is no problem. You get the entire purchase amount back. When you return your entire order, you will also receive a refund of the original shipping costs. The costs of returning are always at your own expense. In exchange of an item, Tequila Fashion will pay the shipping costs of the item (s) to be reshipped once for orders within the Netherlands.
You have the right to return the order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the item. Purchased items may not be exchanged or returned after this period and the purchase is final.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE (THE NETHERLANDS)

Cut out the address details from the return form to paste it on the return package and bring your package to a Post Office of your choice in your area.

To return your item (s) from Tequila Fashion proceed as follows:

1. Cut out the address details on the return form.
2. Paste this information on the return package.
3. Complete the supplied return form and send it back with you.
4. Find a post office of your choice in your area.
5. Deliver the return package to the employee's desk at the package point.
6. The package comes after shipment in the logistics center of Tequila Fashion and will be treated the same day on arrival.
7. Within 14 days you will receive your entire purchase amount back to your account. When you return your entire order, you will also receive a refund of the original shipping costs.



RETURN PROCEDURE (BELGIUM & GERMANY)

Cut out the address details from the return form to paste it on the return package and bring your package to a Post Office of your choice in your area.

To return your item (s) from Tequila Fashion proceed as follows:

1. Cut out the address details that are listed on the return form.
2. Paste this information on the return package.
3. Complete the supplied return form and send it back with you.
4. Find a post office of your choice in your area.
5. Deliver the return package to the employee's desk at the package point.
6. The package comes after shipment in the logistics center of Tequila Fashion and will be treated the same day on arrival.
7. Within 14 days you will receive your entire purchase amount back to your account. When you return your entire order, you will also receive a refund of the original shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGE

- Check first if your purchase is eligible for exchange:

- The product must be unworn (passes may of course always be) and undamaged.

- Your return must be in possession of our order processing within 14 days.

- All tags must still be attached to the item (s).

Do you want to exchange your item for a different color or size? Then that is possible within 14 days. Follow the exchange and return procedure, then also fill in the supplied return form and indicate on the return form that you want to exchange the item in a different size / color. Do not forget to mention which color or size you would like to receive. As soon as we have received your return, our order processing will check whether your desired size / color is in stock. If it is in stock, we will ship your order. If this item is not in stock, we will refund the entire purchase price. In exchange of an article, Tequila Fashion takes care of the one-time shipping costs of the item to be sent again.

PAY ATTENTION:
We do not exchange purchases for items other than your originally ordered item (s), an item can only be exchanged for a different color or size. If you would prefer to receive a completely different item, you will have to send your purchase back and have to order it again in the webshop. We will then proceed to reimbursement of your entire purchase amount. When you return your entire order, you will also receive a refund of the original shipping costs.



EXCEPTIONS ON RETURN
products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of
health protection or hygiene and whose seal is after delivery
broken;

- Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- It is not possible to return our make-up items.

RULE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

- Returns within 14 days.

- The items must be unworn / unwashed.

- The original cards and labels are still attached to the article.

- Items that contain make-up remnants, body odors, deodorant residues or other traces of use will not be accepted.

- It is not possible to return our make-up items.

- No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.

- The article is in the original packaging.

- PAY ATTENTION! Do you want to exchange or return shoes / items? Even then you need a shipping package to put the shoebox / items around. Do not use the shoebox or the original packaging of an item as a shipping material! (DO NOT write and paste a sticker or tape on the original packaging of our items). If the packaging material is still returned damaged, we are obliged to withhold € 1.95 for new packaging material.

- The shipping risk and the costs of returning are for the buyer.

- Insufficient or non-franked return shipments are not accepted by us.

- In the event of product and / or delivery errors, the costs of return shipping will be borne by Tequila Fashion. These will be reimbursed to you afterwards.

- Product and / or delivery errors must be reported to us as soon as possible.
